Manuscript Preparation
Language: Manuscripts must be written in English, with clear and concise grammar.
Length: Research articles should not exceed 6000 words; review articles and case studies may be up to 5000 words.
Formatting: Manuscripts should be formatted in Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced. Include a title page, abstract, keywords, main text, acknowledgments (if any), references, tables, and figures.
Abstract: Provide an abstract of 250-300 words that summarizes the main findings and significance of the work.
Keywords: Include 3-5 relevant keywords for search optimization.

Submission Process
Online Submission: All manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s website at Innovations in Sports Science Submission Portal.
Cover Letter: Include a cover letter stating that the manuscript is original, not under review elsewhere, and all authors approve its submission.
Review Process: Submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process. Feedback will be provided within 8-10 days of submission.

Ethical Considerations
Human and Animal Rights: Studies involving human participants or animals must adhere to ethical standards, and necessary approvals must be mentioned in the manuscript.
Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
Plagiarism: Manuscripts must be original work. Plagiarism will result in manuscript rejection.

Publication Charges
Since the journal is open access, there are no submission fees, but an article processing charge is required upon acceptance to cover processing and publishing costs. The fee details are provided on the journal's website.
