Abstract

Youth development programmes that incorporate athletics have the potential to be potent agents of good social change in a society where young people encounter several obstacles. provides a comprehensive examination of youth development programmes that are centred around sports, delving into the effects these programmes have on the youngsters that participate as well as society at large. Programs for youth development that centre on athletics combine elements of both sports and social development in an effort to reach and engage a younger generation while also providing them with the tools they need to become contributing members of society. the core of these programmes, highlighting their multifaceted character that goes beyond just physical exercise to include personal development, community service, and life skills.
